6. Steps to book Fast Track
Booking Fast Track with Hoang Gia Air is simple and flexible across multiple platforms. Passengers only need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact for consultation
Contact via platforms (Zalo, Whatsapp, Facebook), hotline or website to get advice and choose the right Fast Track package (departure, arrival, with/without checked baggage).
Step 2: Provide flight information
Send passport + e-ticket with the flight number so Hoang Gia Air can verify and create the booking.
Step 3: Confirm the service
Staff will send a detailed booking (personal information, selected package, flight number, support time, meeting point).
Step 4: Receive the name board
Before the flight day, passengers receive a name board (name + flight number) to easily identify staff at the airport.
Step 5: Staff proactively contact and assist
