6. Steps to book Fast Track service

Booking Fast Track at Hoang Gia Air is simple and flexible across multiple platforms. Passengers only need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact for consultation

Contact via platforms (Zalo, Whatsapp, Facebook), hotline or website to get advice on choosing the right Fast Track package (departure, arrival, with/without checked baggage).

Step 2: Provide flight information

Send passport + e-ticket with flight number so Hoang Gia Air can check and create the booking.

Step 3: Confirm service

Staff will send the detailed booking (personal information, chosen service package, flight number, support time, meeting point).

Step 4: Receive the pick-up name board

Before the flight, passengers will receive a pick-up name board (name + flight code) to help identify staff at the airport.

Step 5: Staff will proactively contact and support

Service staff will contact passengers 1 day before the flight to arrange the meeting point and accompany them throughout the Fast Track support.
